Our policy is that all fees will be collected at the time of treatment. Fees for your treatment will vary based on the specific tooth in need of care and the type of problem that tooth is having.

CareCreditTM is a healthcare financing credit card that offers affordable payment plans. If you are considering using CareCreditTM, we ask that you apply to CareCreditTMPRIOR to your appointment with us in order to minimize your wait time and to allow time for possible treatment. As a courtesy, we cover the interest costs on the six month payment plan. You can apply to CareCreditTM online at www.carecredit.com or by calling 1-800-677-0718.
As a courtesy to our patients with insurance, Smith & Smith Endodontics can file your insurance claim for you. We provide an ESTIMATE of the amount your insurance company will cover (pay) for a root canal procedure based on what they tell us and what they have paid on similar claims in the past. Please understand that insurance companies are not bound by the information they provide us over the phone and that this is an ESTIMATE. You will be fully responsible for any balance that results once insurance claims are paid. Alternately, if your insurance pays more than estimated and you are left with a credit balance, you will receive a refund.
We accept all insurance. In some cases your insurance reimburses you directly. If so, you will pay us at the time of service and your insurance provider will reimburse you.
Patients who do not have insurance will be required to pay in full at the time of service.
